Mark The Date! This year’s bash is Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at Berkeley Church in Toronto.

The Scotiabank Giller Light Bash began as a house party by a group of friends nine years ago. Today, it’s a full-scale event and a must-attend party for Toronto’s publishing industry.

This year, over 500 guests will gather to support literacy and celebrate Canadian literature on the same night as the Scotiabank Giller Prize Gala.

Since 2002, the Scotiabank Giller Light Bash has raised funds for Frontier College, Canada’s original literacy organization. Funds raised from the event support Frontier College Homework Clubs, which help students in urban centres develop reading and writing skills.

Don’t miss the party!
